After having my daughter i was very eager to get my tummy toned but I think i started too soon because now my stomach muscles dont connect all the way and I always look full, or 3 months prego. Im worried I wont ever have a flat tummy again. Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

    How old is your daughter?
Exercising the abs correctly is important, there are upper and lower muscles and they can as easily be trained to stick out as to pull in.

My daughter will be 3 in Sept. When my weight goes down my stomach does get flatter, but whenever I eat it still looks like im prego instead of just being full.
