Lately, I've been reading on the internet about pectoral exercises which enhance the breast and make it firmer or perkier. But otherwise, people have always said that Surgery is the only way. So are these exercises actually true? How much of a difference will it make?
Moreover, I have quite a lot of breast tissue, but they are very far apart (I don't have a cleavage), not round and sag slightly so it barely looks like their there. Will these exercises or any specific exercises bring my breasts more towards the center of my chest? If so which ones?
And I've read about chest flys, push ups, chest presses, bench presses, and Yoga exercises for the pecs that enhance the breast. But I don't know how many repetitions of the exercise I should do, and which exercises are the best for me. I'm a little afraid to use waits, or do push ups because I tend to develop a masculine athletic figure if I exercise too much, I want to retain my curves. Are the yoga poses effective? Which exercises would be best for me and how many reps?
Gravity gets you eventually but I'm really bumping your thread
I haven't had children and I have to admit they sit not bad for my age, they certainly aren't facing the ground but they are fat, more so than muscle but any exercise has to help..
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul

if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
