So music is a huge part of my workouts, especially my morning runs. If it gets me pumped up I am more likely to run a little bit faster...

Share with me some of your favourite workout songs!

I want to create a new playlist!!!

I started listening to pandora when I jog. I really like my beastie boys station. Rage against the machine is great too. Prodigy- smack my ••••• up. Angry, don't mess with me music makes for the best work out.

haha I love that playlist, it's great.
And like you said it was very random, but switching it up is the key right. lol

Brazilian music is excellent. Listen to Milton Nascimento, Chico Buarque, and Rita Lee.

If I'm using Self.com, I usually turn on the Dance Music or Salsa channels. Or, I use MP3 Rocket for when I'm using a DVD.
These are most of my songs:

    Rihanna:
    Rockstar 101
    S&M
    Rude Boy

    Sara Bareliies:
    Uncharted
    King of Everything

    Rock Mafia:
The Big Bang (fearturing Miley Cryus)

    Fitz and the Tanturums:
    MoneyGrabber

    Enrique Iglesias, Usher:
    Dirty Dancer

    Lady Gaga:
    Teeth
    Poker Face

    Baby Bash ft. T-Pain:
    Cyclone

Not sure exactly who this is by but it features Nicki Minaj:
    Bottems Up

    Hope it helps!

I finishing my last lap for mile 3 this morning, and Rage Against the Machine- killing in the name came on. It really helped me finish strong. "F' YOU! I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!" awesome. I'm a smoker, so finishing at a near sprint takes some mental toughness.

    Crystalblue!
I love making sure really motivating and hardcore songs are at the end of my playlist, cause you'll reach them toward the end of your workout and those last few songs can really keep you going strong.

I'm not a huge Beyonce/ Destiny's Child fan but the song Survivor(destiny's child) is the last song on the playlist I just created.

Helps me get that last push in.
