I love to work out but my only problem is loosing my blood sugar levels.

I have found having something like an apple and cheese before I work out helps.
Keeping my sugars level with my protiens helps maintain an even GL level.
I used to bring fruit juices (V8 fusion) with me, but I dont know If all that sweet stuff while I worked was good or not.

Is there any suggestions on how I should deal with my problem?

(I no longer have access to a gym any more, but Im going to start to do things at home) I just dont want to put too many carbs/calories so working out wont really do anything
