Ugh. Staying motivated can be SO HARD! I am just getting out of a bit of a workout slump myself.
I'd tell you to try changing up the same old, same old routine, but from your post it seems like you're already doing that, now to just keep working out for longer....
Hmmmmmm... have you thought about breaking up the workout throughout the day? You may not have to force yourself to exercise for "X" amount of minutes, if you say ; do your walk 20 min walk in the morning, do something during "lunch" and then hit the Xbox after dinner for a bit. Blocks of different workouts throughout the day might help you work out longer, but not make it feel that way!
