I've been doing "butt" exercises for months. I decided to do them because my husband likes looking at girls with nice shapely butts, Shikira is his favorite. I have a naturally flat butt so I have a long ways to go. I do full squats, kick backs and practice "sticking my butt out". These are explained on a web site, google "how to make your butt bigger edits by:T3, Ben Rubenstein, Jack Herrick, Cem".
I think I have made some progress but still have a long ways to go. It would help if I could gain some weight. I usually weigh 101 and would like to put on 15 pounds with 10 pounds going to my butt and the other 5 to my breasts. I can dream can't I?
