    hey..
i am planning to join a gym so as to gain a little weight and also for the normal muscle toning exercises...but i just got to hear a few things about the bad effects of joining a gym..they say...you height stops to increase further once you start gyming.. and also that once you start ..you have to to be doing it always..if i go for toning up and gaining a little weight..my muscles will become loose and they'll lose their stiffness when i stop..is that true??
...and everywhere she goes..everybody knows..she is so glad to be alive..

Hi Ayushi. yes, to answer your question. If you exercise to lose weight and tone, you can not maintain that same body physique if you stop working out. By stopping, you will lose the muscle you gained, and you will not be burning as many calories so chances are you will put weight back on as well.

Keeping a healthy, toned body is a lifelong process that is maintained by contiually eating healthy and regular exercise.
