These latter choices are more moderate and easily modified according to your fitness level.
For you Pilates exercise is the best one because, this exercise is mild and there is no any side effect on the body and best exercise for the weight loss. I have had lots of patients those who are having positive results.

For losing some weight Pilates is best exercise, because this exercise is mild and there is no any side effect on the body as well as you need to worry about any physical hurt. On of friends had been suffering from the same problem, after consultation from the physiotherapist she has tried Pilates treatment and within some week, she has got a very impressive result.

What about cycling Jaden? Thats easy on joints yet a great cardio workout.
MT, you can get Pilates for beginners on DVD or just youtube a lesson. No need to go to a class if that isn't possible. Yoga tones as well as relaxes. It does depend on what type of yoga you do as to whether you will lose weight. The slower Hatha yoga is not too great for losing weight, but other types such as hot yoga are excellent. Once more youtube some lessons.

If you have some problem then you must consult with a trainer first for this so you may get the better technique of exercising and work out so you could be saved from the physical problems.
