P90X is a more rigid and labor - intensive program, but you can probably choose to do some accommodations/adjustments. Zumba is a better choice though, since it is more moderate than P90-X (I've tried and love both). I also urge you to try yoga, pilates and tai chi. These latter choices are more moderate and easily modified according to your fitness level.

Thats why I had considered Zumba, because the community college offers a class that starts next month.
I was hoping to take pilates as that can be quite a workout, but it seems to be tough to find an affordable class around here. My other option is yoga... but does yoga really help to slim you down, or is it just more for mind/relaxation?
