    I SO FAR I BEEN DOING SQUADS..HOPEFULLY SOMEONE COULD HELP ME?IM TRYINFTO BRING MY SELF ESTEEM UP, I JUST WANT HAVE SOME CONFIDENCE IS THAT BAD?

    This is one of those threads of , okay Squats are good, but tell us more, weight and what you want to be , eating habits, why you want to lose weight, why you feel you have no confidence?

    Sorry i'm just resplying back right know..my 6 year old lil boy was really sick so I haven't been online. The reason y I have no confidence in me is because my ex husband brought my self esteem down, I was with him for 9 years in January of this year we split up. Anyways I noticed that ever since I had my lil boy he stop showing interest in me started calling me nasty fat ,ugly that I had nasty cellilulite in my legs.He would check out girls that were younger with good body's. I just want to loose weight to feel better about myself cause he really hurt me in alot of different ways.Im 5"0 160lbs.I at least want to loose like 20lbs to start I also started using the ab rocket i do that for 15min,walk 40min,squats 10min a day.

    You need to have determination that those young girls can't beat your sexiness. That way you with determination you will surely get pumped up and do what it takes to maintain that beauty inside you. You will surely loose weight and surely your husband will be attracted to you again.

    Queen, you need a total body workout as well as proper diet and sufficient water and rest. There is no such thing as spot-toning. Check out the P-90X program if you are really serious on trimming down, and adjust the intensity of your routine depending on your fitness level. Before you do anything strenuous, please consult your doctor for your over-all health, and maybe get a baseline of your vitals. Likewise, check with your nutritionist and have him/her help you lay out your diet. I do not believe in meal replacemements (i.e. shakes that are commercially prepared, supplements, etc.), much worse, diet pills - those are no, no's.

    I am 32 y.o., 5'0" and now weigh 106lbs. I used to be 120lbs a few months back and I'm just maintaining it. If I could move down to 100lbs, all the better. This is what I do, basically: strength training (planks - hold for 1 minute or more, the longer the better as long as you can do it, push-ups, pull-ups, kettle ball/dumbbell - various ways of lifting/swinging, crunches, lunges, squats, calf raises), flexibility training (yoga/pilates), cardio/agility (Zumba, running, cycling on a tandem bike with my hubby, basketball, burpees, kenpo/kickboxing). Sounds awful lot but you'll get a hang of it. You don't have to do it all. Pick some that your body can manage. Remember 10-12 reps = bulge, 15 - 20+ reps = lean muscles. If you are lifting weights, start with lighter ones and do more reps and adjust accordingly. I highly recommend P90-x, it changed my life.

    thanx footlagin..im already getting pumped up to loose weight but im do it for myself.between me n him as much as i love him theres no way im going back with him i dont think so he put through so much pain.
