Hello all!

First off my name is Michelle, Nice to meet you and thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully respond to this. Im new as you can probably tell.. Ok lets get to business. Im 22yr old female i stand at 5'7 weight 162 pounds and am a size 7 in jeans sometimes 9. My goal is to loose about 20lbs and be at 145 the highest and the lowest 135( which is what i use to weigh and was like a size 1 or 3). I would like to know what workouts would be good for me to do to accomplish my goal. I started going to the gym(on satuday) and i mainly do cardio, abs, and a couple of leg workouts on certain machines. Ive been going early morning(630am) and am there for about two hours, but im actually working out in that time i probably take no more the a 5-7minute break. So please any recomendations will be helpful, and i would love to have a nice tight tummy main goal
