For weight loss exercise is the best option. The best solution on it is a purchase a Pilates DVD from market and start the exercise on it, this exercise is simple and easy to do also effective for weight loss. If possible for you consult with physiotherapist , start the exercise in Pilates studio, within two week you will find the noticeable difference as well as after learning this exercise, you can do it at your home, it is less cost to you plus lifetime.

For supplements and better diet routine, you need to consult with the physiotherapist, because in my opinion physiotherapist will provide you the best guidance on it. Different people have different body structure and different digestion ability; hence before selecting any supplement we need to first examine our body. Only supplement is not sufficient for the good health, we need to do some extra effort for the body fitness, and for that exercise is the best option.

Eat 3 small meals a day, with no snacking in between. try to keep your meals at the same time each day. eat your last meal before 5:00, your body doesn't digest well at night. For even faster weight loss stop eating before 3:00. This is not too extreme, i read this in a medical book, and from my own experience it really works.

If you want to lose weight, you need to make sure that you are eating the amount of calories necessary for your body. I eat three meals a day and two, sometimes three snacks. I didn't start doing this until recently because I've been going to the gym since February and haven't been losing any weight, so I started eating more to get all of my calories in and I lost about 7 pounds in one week. You have to make sure the meals and snacks that you're eating are healthy. I try to pick things high in protein so that it'll stay with me longer. I go to the gym and lift weights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, alternating between two different workout plans. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do some form of cardio.

All of this has been working for me. Cardio is where I struggle the most but I'm just pushing my way through it so that hopefully I'll be better at it with time. I also want to start running but I'm going to start that process by doing a six week walk/run plan starting tomorrow.

I hope some of this helped you! Good luck!
