I've done P90X in the past. Here's some advice: do the first week with no weights. If you do use weights, use something lite (2-3 pounds), just so you can get used to the program. If you get tired, don't push yourself. Also, it's great to couple this program with walking/running. Lastly, do the workout in the morning, and don't eat at least an hour before you start.
I need to get back in shape, I'd be happy to start the program on Monday with you. We can keep each other in line. lol I need to have someone to help me stay on task.![]()
