I hate running, but I know it's good so I do it.

Make sure you always stretch!!! I thought I didn't need to, but I found that it does help more than you think. And another thing, don't look at your feet, look straight ahead. When I'm out running at my house, I'll look at the trees in front of me, or I'll look at the road as I get closer to it, etc. If you look at your feet, it throws you off, and it makes running harder.

    Hope the tips help!

My dad used to be in the military, and he said singing or carrying a conversation is usually a good way to pace your breathing. And kudos to you for doing spin class.. I tried one once, did 40 minutes of the 50 minutes... When I got off the bike my legs gave out and I collapsed... SO EMBARRASSING! And I couldn't get out of bed for like 3 days, or go down stairs for a week... It was killer.
