Hoping someone can help.

I have lost 4 and half stone and still have a bit to go. However where the fat on my arms and stomach was kinda solid its now getting soft and saggy so i need help for this.

How do i go about toning it up a bit, i need my triceps toning and belly a bit better. I go the gym at least 5 times a week, do an hour on the treadmill, 20 mins on the bike and then some weight machines.
