A low calorie diet is the most ineffective way to control our weight. In fact, in the long run diets that recommend consuming low calorie intakes will make us fatter.A conventional low calorie approach calls for extremely low calorie intakes: around 1200 calories for women and around 1800 calories for men.If we don't care where this weight comes from, or how long it will stay off, then using this approach might be what we are looking for.But, if we are like most people and we want to create permanent fat loss, instead of simply losing scale weight, my recommendation would be to completely avoid low calorie dieting*edit link*
