    P - 90X is the one. You get the circuit training you want and you can always modify it according to your ability. Check it out. I use it and I assure you, you'll get the bang for the buck - that is if you are looking to purchase a home workout DVD.

    Squats and deadlifts and lunges are supposed to be some of the best for thighs and butt. Make sure your hips and spine are in good alignment. I found out how much malalignment can affect strength balance between you right and left legs.

    Here are some of the exercises for toning butt/thighs:

    1. Pilates swimming
    2. Heal beats
    3. Leg kick back
    4. Double leg kick
    5. Pelvic curl
    6. Bicycle
    7. Side Kick Up/Down
