Every day I try to do one healthy activity for my body. What is yours? Mine is usually a walk in the morning with the dogs. I feel good taking a nice stroll up the mountain with them and it's good for all of us.

I bring my water bottle with me wherever I go so I am not tempted to buy a drink while out which probably has a lot of empty calories, or create more trash with the container it comes in.

I'm a big snacker (I just love chips and salty/buttery things), and I know I have a hard time resisting. So I have switched to 100calorie light popcorn as a replacement for my snack!

Also, I play hockey in the winter, and beach volleyball in the summer.

Instead of a calorie loaded breakfast sandwich or donut, I treat myself to some low-fat yogurt or cottage cheese w/ fruit. I not only feel better after eating it (instead of tired and sluggish), but it keeps my figure looking better too!

I have recently started to take vitamin A C and D (always get the sluggish feeling in the winter) Religiously do a 150 sit ups a night too! Going to try the water bottle thing from tomorrow, thanks Aeryn Sun
