First, congrats on the weight loss. Keep it up girl, that's awesome. You need to make sure you're building your pectoral (chest) muscles during this process. Alot of weight loss will result in some sagging, but the way to minimize that is to build muscle in the place of where the fat was. You are young, there is a wonderful chance that your body will bounce back from this if you're giving it what it needs. Don't lose hope yet. Just keep on working on getting healthy.![]()
