Its great that you are trying to tighten up your abs for the summer. That's probably what I should be doing too! I finally went to the pool today for the first time this summer and I felt uncomfortable. However, last summer my stomach was nice and toned. I ran a lot and used one of those 10 minute ab videos. You might want to start out with just 5 minutes and increase to 10. I found this to be the most effective for me. Some of these videos are kinda fun and time goes by fast. If you do it every day, your abs will be toned in no time. If you find a video you like, let me know. I've been thinking about buying a new one!!

it can really get depressing but i have found a few ways of toning that flaby gross tummy!
i know everyone says this but everything can be worked into cleaning the house or going to work! like if i was going to clean the house i would get out a timer and turn some music on and get out my workout stuff and cleaning supplies! alot i know but everything has to get done at some point! then i would set my timer for 5 minutes and clean! another 5 minutes and workout! if your going to work and cant exactly get away like that then i would do 15 minutes or so in the morning (if possible 5-10 during break) and another 15 at night! or leave some wieghts at your work and lift wieghts or do sit-ups while reading some of your papers! and if you dont have an office job then you should already be moving during the day so just add alittle something extra to it!
