Many thanks for your routines! I have to confess that I am an absoulte novice at all this exercising and need to confirm what you mean by a crunch. Is this when you lay on your back and put your hands behind your head and raise your body to reach your knees? I can't get all the way

but with time am sure I will!
Also... what else is there other than crunches to make the abs strong? Lying on your back, legs straight and raising your legs????
