    Unhappy skinny w/ stomach flab?

    hi!

i'm a petite girl, (14) and i only weigh in at about 89 pounds so i'm skinny, but across my whole stomach i have this disgusting flab that rolls up when ever i sit or hunch over slightly. maybe it's baby fat? i dont know, but i absolutely hate it and want to get rid of it. but i dont want to loose weight or tighten skin anywhere else (i have small breasts and i dont want them any smaller ) so can someone help me out or give me some exercises?

    thanks

I am nineteen and belly chub has recently been starting to show itself on me as well. I recently found a website that has workouts for everything, I love it! They have a lot of workouts on there for abs which is what you need to be working on. The website is fitnessmagazine, and it has helped me a lot, now my only problem is motivation..

its all about diet. Eat clean, healthy foods, avoid processed foods, do moderate exercise, and it shoudl resolve itself.

Question though, is the fat there if you are stood? Everybodys belly 2folds" when seated.
