sweat a lot
I do a lot of exercises and tend to sweat a lot. I have used numerous anti-perspirants and deoderants but nothing seems to work.
I use impulse to stop myself from smelling, their new range are quite cute Impulse Mini . i only resorted to it because other deoderants don't cover up my BO
Any other suggestions?

You shouldn't use antiperspirant when exercising.
That's what my boyfriend's US Army training has told him.
It messes up your temperature regulators in your body. Is it so important how you look at the gym? Change your exercise times so that you can shower afterwards to be hygenic; don't put yourself at risk. Just use deodorant.

Absolutely don't use antiperspirants!
You are sweating for a reason. The first reason is to cool your body down. Hindering that could be harmful, secondly sweating is your bodies natural process of ridding itself of toxins. When you exercise you are stepping up that process and the last thing you want to do is roadblock your bodies release of toxins!
You are at a gym to get healthy so who cares if you sweat and smell a bit, you are supposed to, its a gym!

I know it doesn't look good or feel good when you sweat but you have to sweat. You don't want to stop sweating because that's one way your body rids itself of toxins. You can use the crystal deodorant or you can get some deodorant from the health food stores.
