Try working out. I just joined a club where you can get complete workout in30 minutes and if it close to home, totally doable.

I've heard a little about that Curves place. What other places are real nice and easy to work out at. Also, what's the place where you can get a complete workout in 30 minutes??

I have not been to Curves, but I have been to Women's Workout World. I think its very similar. I tried it out one day with a friend. It's a lot more fun than going to a gym, the workout is really worth it, and its ALL women. The machines at curves and at Women's Workout World do not have to be adjusted for weight. They exert the amount of force that you push against it. So, the stronger you get...the harder the workout. I think it's worth a try. If anyone has more questions, just let me know

I have a YMCA really close to me and did join last year but canceled my membership. My husband and I going to be working on the same shift soon so I can start back there.
I have heard about Curves. My mom joined there but she didn't have time to do the 30 min workout so she dropped the membership. |
