    Smile quick workout for busy moms

    I'm looking for some quick routines I can do through out the day. I do little things while doing everyday tasks. I take a full gallon of milk and hold it in one hand while bending slightly to that side, while making lunch for my kids. I need easy things to do while everything else in my busy days. I mostly needs abs and hips. Any more ideas. I also do squats against the wall when I get a sec. Let me know!! Thanks!

    You should be congratulated on your efforts. Keep up the good work. Here are some things I do.

    -use a swivel chair that can rotates side to side. When you sit rotate for about 100 times left to right to work the waist line.
    - if you have steps in the house, go up and down as much as possible and squeeze your buttocks (glutes) every time you take a step.
    - if you're trying to loose weight by a calorie counting book from the bookstore to be able to get a feel for how many calories you are taking in everyday. They also have one for fast food restaurants.
    - buy some green tea and have it already brewed, drink some during the day to help burn some fat.
    - lift hand weights when sitting watching tv
    - laugh as much as possible. Lower stress releases good hormones, high stress releases bad hormones that store fat

    I love the one about the rotating chair I sit in an office all day and duh me nver really thought of it!

    Default Do push-ups in the Shower... Multi-task.

    Great suggestions, commonsense.
    You can also do stretches in the shower while you have hairproduct waiting to activate. Try touching the floor until you have your palms flat down on those tiles. NO bouncing, it must be controlled, slow, and relax your spine and hips, keeping your strength in your legs. Other moves are push-ups, leg lifts, arm lifts, butt tighteners and clenchers, breast "I-musts"... etc.

    It really works and doesn't take that long. Hold your hands on the keyboard when you rotate to concentrate on the abs.
