    Angry Weight gain in breasts

HELP! I need fitness tips/exercises on how to reduce the weight in breasts. I understand that your breast size is merely stored fat, but now, it has just gotten ridiculous. I am a size 12, (not obese, as the charts dictate) 5'3, and of course, could stand to loose weight. I have been exercising (took a hiatus in December) but am trying to get back on the ball. Last night, during some alone time with my husband, I saw that my breasts have gotten huge! After I realized that, I became repulsed and no longer wanted to continue.

What tips, tricks, exercises are recommended? Any weight loss I'm sure will help in some way, but I need to tame these puppies

Unfortunately it is impossible to target a certain area of your body for weight loss. You can tone an area all you want, but you'll only succeed in muscle tone under the same old weight. Luckily, because it seems like you easily gain weight in your breasts, you'll probably easily lose weight there too. My best suggestion: just get back to whatever exercise you were doing, and put some emphasis on cardio!

And don't be ashamed of your breasts! Many women would love to have larger breasts, and so would their husbands, I'm sure!

    Default HI

    Hi
LOTS of water seems to help me in that area!! .. I have been drinking lots of water and it has made a huge difference in my chest size. I don't know what it is about the water, but it helps in regards to your chest size.
    Hope this helps.

try to lift some barbells like bench press or dumbell press just put atleast 5 lbs and the repetition let's say 3 sets of 15 do not lift too heavy because that might turn into square. the lighter the better as long as repetition is 15 and above.

    Reesecup, couple questions:

    1. What has your diet and activity leve been like since you took a break last December?

    2. Any soy or soy based products in your current diet?

    3. Are you on any hormone replacement therapies?

    4. Are you taking any nutritional supplements?
