Default Am I doing enough to get fit?

Hi, I've gotten back into working out again. I'm 5'5" 135 ish lbs. Not to bad of shape though I'm wanting to get into a better bikini body. I started back on my stairclimber and swiss ball and dumb bells.
I started 4 weeks ago with 20 minutes on my stairclimber, crunches on my ball and some upper body dumb bell workout.
About a week ago I went upto 30 minutes on my stairclimber on level 6. Now 3 days ago I started doing 30 minutes on level 7 with the ball and wieght routine.
I have some belly fat that I'd like to get rid of too.
Is this enough workout to get me to where I want by this summer?
Thanks, Jeana.

Default So far this is what I'm doing.

Right now the only things I'm doing to try to get rid of the belly fat and the that entire area is the stair climber and the ball crunches. The past 3 days I've done sets of 40, 20, 10 and 5 crunches with a 10 to 15 lb dumb bell with a 30 sec rest in between each set.
Is there a "good" fat reducing supplement out there? One that will add to my daily exercise routine.
I'm trying to add more weight training into each day alternating days with each exercise.
Thanks for any suggestions and advice, Jeana.

Default Also.....

I cut out my soda intake a year ago. And I don't eat as much chocolate and cut my sugar down too.
My hubby started on the stair climber a year ago this March and has lost 50 + lbs {278lbs then now 227lb}. He also quit drinking soda and no more candy bars.

Wow! You are doing great! You'll be in that bikini in no time! How often are you doing the stairmaster? You gave the time but not how often/days. Sounds like you up'd the crunches, that was going to be my suggestion for the extra belly fat. The only other suggestion I have is to maybe give yourself a break. You may not want to workout everyday. Workout every other day and break in between to give your muscles a break (especially those ab muscles). Then on your days you workout, they will be able to work stronger. Other than that...keep it up!! Congrats on the good work!! You go girl!

Default

I was working out 6 days a week. This past two weeks I've missed a couple of days and only did my stair climber today. I feel guilty but I work half a day at work and was tired.
I've been reading a book so it has made time on the stair climber go by fast.
But I'm still determend to stick with it and get into better shape.
