anyone else here practising yoga, in whichever shape or form?
i have been practising some of the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga for many years and started doing asanas (poses) about a year ago, as i found myself incapacitated with a pinched nerve in my neck.
yoga is such a blessing, i no longer needed painkillers and physio, and i am fully and totally committed to practising at least 5 days a week. as i live in a remote area in Australia i had no access to a yoga studio, so i joined an online site and got my instructions from there through streaming videos.
i love the way it leaves me feeling so 'together' and grounded, my balance, flexibility and muscle strength have increased dramatically, my moodswings have settled down and i am overall a much happier person to be with
