Default Women Running

Hi ladies! I am a newbie runner...just finished my first 3 miler this last weekend. My knee is swollen ( tore my cruciate ligament about 15 years ago)...sounds like I could have taken some advise on starting out a bit slower. Thanks for the advice!

Hi Patricia. Yes, the c25k running plan is excellent for newbie runners, it starts off nice and slow and gradually gets harder.

I'm going to start week 5 tomorrow.

Wow...that sounds awesome!! I have just started back into running...found a really cool women's running site.( Traxee: Welcome )..and some great info on getting started again. The program you have started sounds interesting...just google C25K?
