Sure thing, I just started Phase 3 so I'll be with it for at least another month. Though I plan to go for another round in August (after a month of doing something else).

Default 50 and doing P90X

I am a 50 year old woman, in fairly good shape, and started P90X 2 weeks ago. So far I have lost 6 lbs. and noticed a slight change in my overall physique. My reason for purchasing this program is because I travel extensively for my job, living in hotels, and this program is a great "at home" tool. I will say though...IT IS TOUGH! Start out slow and do what you can. I am already stronger than when I started. This will be like nothing you've ever done. It gives you everything you need --- cardio, strength, core, stretch, etc. I imagine if you strictly follow the eating plan, you'll become ripped very fast. My problem is that I love carbs (which we all know we need to cut down on in order to get cut). My advice is to buy the program and see what you think. I think you'll be happy. Good luck.

I just completed my second day and I felt the nausea as well. He did mention not to eat at least an hour before plyometrics specifically. Whenever I felt the nausea i would press pause and jog in place (lightly) in front of the fan which seemed to help

I just finished my first week of P90X! My body has never felt to strong in my life. I downloaded i90 Workbook from the App store on my iphone. I used to program to record my p90X workout stats and record my photos. I cant wait to see the difference in my body from my first week to my last week. I should finish just in time for the beach. Bring it!

honestly I did p90x for a while but I didn't like the way it was starting to make my upper body look, I was getting way too much size. I build muscle fast so I bulked up! But at the same time I did get a nicer tummy, especially since I was doing it regular. Than I gave my copy to my brother and since he is another city I have no P90x . My friend recommended another site to me called Trainerpack, apparently she uses it for workouts. I think I might give it a shot, either that or Jillian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
