Cool Can sex make your muscles really sore?

Lately I've been waking up with a really sore body--particularly my upper arms and my thighs. I go to the gym a few times a week, but each morning after I workout I don't feel the pain--I've noticed it each morning after my bf and I have had sex. We've been dating for over four months now and we have sex almost every day. In the past, I've never had this...it has only come up in the past few weeks. Has anyone else noticed this in their sex lives? Or does anyone have suggestions as to what it might be?

of course sex can cause muscle pains! especially if you do it rough!

it could be teh positions you get into, or the length of time you were getting busy for. could be numerous amount of things, try not having sex for a couple of days, and see how you feel then.

if its just a mild soreness then its nothing to worry about (i actulally enjoy the soreness, it remionds me of what we did the night before, and turns me on!! ) if its more like serious tiredness, or pains you should see a doctor.
