I had a C-Section ten months ago, and simple dieting has helped me lose weight pretty quickly. When my body healed from surgery I was able to work out again...

Every woman's body is different, but if she wants to lose weight she needs to eat healthy and excerise. If she had a C Section 4 years ago, she should be in good enough shape to start excersizing.

Hi,

Does she feel she can't lose it without surgery so your asking so you can advise her?

Why do you think you will lose her?

Does she feel selfless at the moment, lack of confidence with her weight?

I agree with Fiona Diaz, it's not as hard as one thinks with the right diet and exercise..

I've never had a baby so I can't give any specific advice other than the boring exercise off more calories than you take in per day thing.

But I didn't understand something- what does her having extra pounds have to do with you losing her? Is she threatening to leave...?
