Well fat is fat on your body so there isn't one exercise that will get rid of your love handles. If you do a search on the web for ab exercises there are loads of them. Look up 'supermans' for your butt, those will help. As for the bra thing, I'd just go to the store and try on all different kinds and see what you like best. Put your shirt on over it and see how it looks and pick one you find comfortable and flattering.

For maximum support, your bra should cover your entire breast. Have a look around websites for bras that are specifically designed for the larger breast.

As, for exercises - 'superman' is great for your bottom, or if youre feeling super fit, cycling and running are great ways to tone your derier up

Situps are great for your abs, your obiques are the ones which you wish to target (the side muscles), lie flat on your back with your hands on your head, bend your knees and place your feet on the floor - sit up straight and instead of then lying back down (as you would do with the normal sit-ups), twist your trunk, reaching your elbow across to the opposite knee. Twist back to the centre and then lower yourself, so that your upper back touches the floor, and then repeat on the opposite side.

I do daily sets of 20x normal sit-ups, 40x oblique exercises (20 each side), then 20x normal again and finish on 20x crunches.

I will also do 20x press ups, these will help your pectoral muscles (the ones under your breasts)
