Well, aside from surgery... i dont think there are any miracles out there to make breasts higher and rounder. Carrying out sets of push ups or bench presses, can make your breasts firmer. Try doing sets of 10 plus 3 reps to begin with, resting for a few seconds between each set.

When i used to go to the gym religiously, i would spend a lot of time on the pectoral weight machines and i must admit that i did notice a huge difference in my breast tone.

In addition, a well fitted bra that supports you will keep your breasts higher for a longer period of time, before gravity takes its toll

heh, good luck with that!

really, the only thing that helps the breasts look better is to have the right size/shape bra!!

age and life is going to take it's toll anyway it can and only the bra can make it better (or expensive surgery).

This forum topic is a bit old but I wanted to share a story. Growing up my grandmother would always tell me to "stand on your head". She said it helped counter the effects of gravity. I always thought she was full of it. This past year I read that they've (whoever they are) have seen evidence showing that this might be true. I guess Marilyn Monroe did the same.
Too late for many of us now, but it makes me want to go back and tell the younger me that she was right.

Ah yes, things do tend to head south as we get older. From what I've read, since the breast is mostly fatty tissue all you can do is strength the support system and wear a good bra. The latest issue of More mag has a great article about a place in France that makes custom bras, for a mere $800 you to can have a perfectly fitted one!
