I have been chewing the gum for about two months now, and I paired it up with breast actives (primarily to ease my PMS), I moved from 34A to 34B. I am happy with this now, because I am petite, and my significant other keeps telling me that my breasts are perfect. I am now taking the breast actives supplement every other day for maintenance and the gum...well, I felt lazy chewing it since I bought a new cup-sized bra. (I still have some more...and I am not sure if I could still take the taste)!

Which is "it", Sally? Zoft breast gum or Breast Actives tablets? I also read about applying a cream on your boobs, but I didn't get around it. I cannot take the Breast actives as directed because it interferes with my sensitive kidneys. So, I just have 1 tab a day, then eventually minimized intake into 1 tab every other day for maintenance. But gosh! My PMS disappeared when I started the tablets. (A good excuse to take it : not to enlarge the boobs or make them fuller, but to alleviate PMS! LOL!

Default Zoft is sort of working for me.

Hey catapillar, did you start using Breast Actives the same time you started using the gum? I've been on the gum for about a month now and have breast that are firmer and fuller than they were before but don't really seem much bigger. I was hoping to up one cup size but i'm getting a little discouraged now. Why did you start taking the tablets along with the gum? Were you just not seeing the results fast enough or was the gum not working on it's own? Any advise you can give?

I've been on zoft for a month, aside from making me tender and such nothings happened. Took the max of 6 pieces a day and nothing. From what I understand different pills/creams/vitamins/gum work for different women and not for others. Just finding the one that works for you is the pain and expensive. *sigh* The more I go over it the more I turn to surgery as much as that scares me. I just want more then a 34 B.

Default Chew it...

I took them at the same time to achieve optimum results. I was just experimenting then. I also did some workouts: chest presses and flys to strengthen the pecs (with BF's assistance.LOL). I did see a difference, BF confirms.

But girls, Mossifern is very correct. Be content with what you have. Better have them than none (if you know what I mean)...breast CANCER!
