Think I posted this on another thread some time back but a decade or so ago I read an article about how some women had increased their breast size. It didn't cost a dime and was perfectly safe. What did they do? They used meditation. Meditation isn't just sitting cross legged staring at your navel or trying for a blank mind. There may types and these women as an experiment, meditated on their breasts and several did increase their breast size.

Meditation; the ability to quiet your mind and achieve focused thought or no thought, is very restful and I find it has a number of benefits. This is one of those can't hurt, might help and a good stress reducer anyway -so why not give it a try?

It is perfectly fine to hold your own "opinion" and who knows whom is correct and who is not, certainly there will be spammers claiming that something works and writing progressions.

I have witnessed those myself on many occasions.

It's however up to the individual to decide what works for them, what doesn't and I trust that they really review, read the labels and seek advice before taking anything, herbal or chemical.

It's funny though.

The "Powers" also claimed once that chocolate wasn't good for us, and now say that it is, in moderation, same with red wine.

Sometimes, facts can be well, non-factual and proven different.

Just "my opinion".

Well it's finally happened, I have outgrown a favorite bikini top and my size 36 B is very snug. I have more breast popping out of the bra than I have ever seen on me. I tried the bikini top on today and I can no longer wear it due to the fact that my nipple now sticks out. Yippee. I used Greenbush's Enhancement Blend kit for about 3 months. After I used that up I decided to try something a little different and I am now taking taking Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, and Wild Yam capsules (575 mg each, 3x daily). I'll let you know if this works any better, worse or the same.
One side note. I am usually very y when I get my period every month. Since I've been taking these supplements I have not had any PMS symptoms. When I ran out of the first set of supplements (which was about two weeks ago) I didn't have another order ready to go. It is now one week until I get my period and already some of my PMS symptoms are back (I have only been on the new supplements for one day). Even if this stuff didn't work for breast enhancement I would take it for PMS.

I guess i will continue to keep posting my progress even though everyone seems to have stopped posting theirs (I hate that).

On my last posting I said I was trying something different and had purchased individual herbs. I tried that for a while but found it was harder to keep track of how much i was taking and seemed like i was taking more capsules at a time. I didn't notice any size increase either so i stopped taking the individual herbs and went back to taking the enhancement blend.

i have again noticed a size increase. the only problem I'm having is that one breast seems to be responding more than the other. i would have purchased a larger size bra by now if both breast were the same size unfortunately my left one is too small to fit into the next size up. I have been doing the massages on just the left breast with the extract and it is definitely helping with this problem.

the other thing i noticed is, now that I've been taking these supplements for so long i have to take a bigger dose in order to see results. i used to take 2 capsules 4 times daily and now i take 3 capsules 4 times daily. not a big deal really, i just thought i would mention it in case anyone else finds that their growth seems to have stalled. i found a website that suggest if you find this happens you could try not taking the herbs for a while. I did go off the supplements for about two weeks just because i was tired of having to remember to take them. then when i went back on them i increased the dosage as well. about three weeks after is when i noticed the size increase.

It did work for me - but I stopped it, because I realized, I am content of what I have anyway. So I therefore QUIT stressing about it.

I have read so many reviews for Zoft Breast gum today. I am really interesting in that. However, I really doubt the effect.

I am would be satisfy if I can get a B. Really! Because now I am just 30AA, which is almost none. Although my boyfriend does not say anything about it. However, I really want it to be bigger.

Chrissy, you said you have tried so many products at a time, can you tell me which one is the most effective? I really want to increase my cup size.

I really want to try the Zoft Breast gum. However, many of you said that taste is awful. That really
