Hi there i dont know what you're going through as i have very small breasts and would love mine to be bigger but its hard to change who you are....and learning to love all aspects of yourself might be the best option

There are only two ways of reducing breast size that I'm aware of - the first is only if your breasts are large as part of being over-weight. You can lose weight and your breasts will probably lose weight with you. If you are not over-weight then obviously that's not an option.

The other way is surgery. That's not for everyone, is expensive and carries risks.

The best thing to do with large breasts it get properly fitted for a bra that gives you the support you need. These bras are not cheap but they are worth every penny - you will look better and feel better.

If your husband's play with your breasts is causing you discomfort you need to ask him to be more gentle.

And I agree with the previous poster - learning to accept what you have and be happy with it is a very good path to take.

I have the same sort of issue. And as has been said you can weither have surgery or lose weight, but obviously that depends on the circumstances.
I'm very big at the moment for my age/height and all that, but with properly fitting bras and such things do get more comfortable.

I totally agree with all of this. I am a double D and I hate them but theres nothing we can do. I lost 40lbs 3 yrs ago and my cup size didn't change. A good bra can be your best friend. I've had mine weighed before because of the back problems I have and they are about 9lb each. Doesn't seem like alot but I'd like to see someone strap 18 lbs to there chest and walk around with it 24/7. its horrible somedays. i feel your pain but you have to accept what you have.
