Question Can carrot juice help reduce dark circles?

Can carrot juice help reduce dark circles around the eyes?
I've known my mom to have dark circles ever since i know her, some days her eyes will look light then some days it will look really dark. i also got that from her, my eyes would look normal one day and then all of a sudden they would look as though someone punched me. i know carrots are good for the eyes, but can they help reduce the dark circles?

ive also heard that making chamomile and putting it on a cotton ball and then under your eyes will help.....if they are puffy just put two spoons in the freezer and then take them out. Also a make up trick that ive seen is put a dab of red lipstick on under your eye, rub it in, they say this counteracts with the blue underneath, and then put concelear on top.
