Default To wear a bra or not to wear a bra.....at night!

I know it probably boils down to personal preference, but does anyone know if there are pros and/or cons regarding wearing a bra versus not wearing a bra to bed?

Well sexually for a man?

A nice set of any form of lingerie is sexy so to display both is sexy...

I say yes,

if you mean sexually for a man then as CW said it can be sexy, if a guy likes it...
if you mean for health reasons / effects of keeping breasts from sagging then from what i've read nobody seems to know.. i've read articles claiming that they can help breasts not to sag if worn at night and other articles saying it makes no difference whatsoever.. the only thing people seem (to my knowledge) to agree on is that there aren't any negative effects of wearing a bra at night to sleep in, as long as you personally find it comfortable..

Hehehe....sexually definately a nice bra is the way to go!

But I was thinking more along the lines of just a regular night. A couple of the girls were talking about this and the whole "sagging" thing came up, so I was a little worried about that! I don't want to be 35 with breasts down to my ankles...lol.

I hate sleeping with anything on period....less is better!

Gawd, he will love you regardless expecially if you two are in sinc and can express your whole beings.

A sexy nightdress with nothing underneath is way better than bras and knickers and yeah old theory is keep them in a bra, but so is brushing your hair 100 times a night which is carp.

Be you woman.

I've read in different places that not wearing a bra (at all!) will prevent sagging more than wearing one because the bouncing/moving will cause the muscles and fibers to get stronger. I don't know if I'm all the way behind that idea, but if I don't take my bra off as soon as I get home, I feel like I'm going to murder someone. Forget about sleeping in it ... I never have. A friend of mine told me back in the puberty days that if you sleep in your bra your breasts can't grow, so I guess I have ulterior motives Haha.

I had a bunch of info on this; how improperly fitting bras reduce circulation and may be a factor in a bunch of health issues. Unfortunately it was all lost in the great computer melt down last year. Bet if you do search you will find all kinds of info.
I'm with Little on this, I can't get out of mine fast enough!

I agree with Little and WC. My boobie holder comes off as soon as possible. I'm rather miffed at them lately, but that's a whole nother story.

Miffed at your boobs or the bras?

At my boobs.

I was going to post about it because I'm rather irritated, but couldn't figure out where to post it. Maybe I'll hijack my birthday thread. J/K That's a happy thread and my boobs are not making me happy.
