First understand that whether they are implants or not they are a part of you because of that the man will love them just as much as he loves you.

When should you "break the news"?

1.If the guy asks say"yeah there implants but they are still fun to play with" or if your more flirtatious say "Looks like you'll just have to find out for yourself" and say it with a smile! The guy will love you! Nothing more attractive then a women who embraces her body!

Act as if its no big deal and others will too! You dont need to bring it up at every conversation, but dont hide it either!

well...what if your bf doesn't know yours are fake and he's remarked that he doesn't care for fake ones? If you were flat as a brick wall like I was before you got them done, it's pretty impossible to pass them off as real after having them done. As in, they're quite round and perky, so I couldn't really fool him even if I wanted to.

I totally relate to what you're saying Tina. I was flat too and I've never like the implants. But they're better than being totally flat.
