I know of a good home remedy for hair loss... if you can get hold of pure coconut milk then that's the best one...massage the coconut oil on your head specifically your scalp to initiate hair growth.. then after that cover it with shower cap and leave it for overnight... do this regimen once a week and im sure that in a month you'll see great results or you can also check out some best hair loss treatment reviews....![]()
Espresso, seriously?
Sounds... delicious!![]()
Do you rinse with just water, then? Does your hair smell strongly of coffee afterwards?
Use Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)which is rich in antitoxiants, a time-tested herbal remedy that encourages hair growth. The oil also effectively combats dandruff - another vital cause of hair loss
I have used both Espresso , and Rosemary, I think Espresso has much better impact and shows better results when it comes to hair fall.

I would like to know where you were advised, read or other wise, know that a good amount of sleep stops hair loss? Look at all the guys that are bald. I am sure that if it was that simple, that they would all have a head of hair, wouldn't they?
