oil free moisturizer

I'm 26 & hav acne problem. they are very small like rashes in my chick area.So after washing my face i'm not able to use any moisturizer & day by day my scin become dull. There is some black spot on my skin also. Can any one suggest me the zero oil moisturizer of reputed brands or any other medicine.....

I like Origins products, they are organic and don't contain so much of the junk most have. A really healthy diet and plenty of water will work wonders too.
