I would only recommend orange peels...orange peels kills bacteria that causes acne...pound a couple of peels and apply on your acne...It'll be very effective.

I didn't use any chemical - based wash when I had similar issues. I used freshly squeezed lime juice and applied it on my face, let it sit for about 30 minutes and then I rinsed it with warm water. That was it.

But I also drink a lot of water all day, and eat veggies and fruit - no junk food snacking.

Aveeno Clear Complexion cleanser works well for me - I have kind of sensitive skin, so a lot of the other acne products on the market tend to be too harsh. Somehow, I've also noticed that whenever I drink coffee frequently, my skin breaks out like there's no tomorrow. Sadly, I've had to cut down on coffee and only have it once or twice a week now.

Also, like others have said, drinking lots of water seems to help me a lot.

Which reminds me...I have to pee again for the ZILLIONTH time today.

I use Clean & Clear Acne treatment. I have very sensitive skin and most products make me break out worse but with Clean and Clear I started seeing my pimples fade as early as the next day of my first use. Within a week I was complete acne free. I still get a pimple here and there but nothing close to the way it was. at least now when one pops up, its gone in a day or so.
