    Default Dry Hair and Breakage

My hair is dry, and has a lot of split ends. I do not dye my hair that often. What shampoo is good for dry, damaged hair? I am currently using TRESemme. Would that help? I used to use Herbal Essenses, SunSilk, and Sauve. But those do not help my hair.

I noticed I had really dry hair that was breaking alot when I returned from holiday to marrakech...50 degree c heat is not a healthy hairs friend.

Anyway I started using a pantene hair mask for breakage and damaged hair, and my hair hasn't looked this good in a long time.

I also have dry hair and what works for me is Head & Shoulders: Citrus Breeze - even if you don't have dandruff, it helps! Not to mention it's pretty cheap. I'd also recommend not over-washing your hair. I used to wash my hair everyday, but now I wash it every other day and it's still just as clean, only less dry.

    I hope these tips help!

Low humidity outside combined with the house heater results in very low humidity in the house. It has turned my hair into broom straw. I have course straight black hair, in the past it was down past my butt, I had it cut but am letting it grow out again. This dry air has the ends split and I think it is getting shorter instead of longer.

My sister in-law gave me some Kerastase Bain Satin 3 Shampoo and Masquintense conditioner. I've only used it once Monday but it seems to be helping already.

whats also really good to put in yr hair after u have washed and conditioned it is morrocan oil......u can put it in your hair after u have washed it, so while still wet and also when your hair is dry.......it doesnt leave a greasy feeling or anything like that and makes a big different to dry hair.......
