Thread: My hair and skin

Dear all,
I hope anyone has herbal based solutions for my dry , brittle hair and itchy scalp.
My face skin often breaks out with pimples and black heads. Some dark patches are there as well.
All this started when I started using a very expensive shampoo and face cream . Now I want to go herbal all natural to save myself from such problems.

If you know the issues started when you started using a certain shampoo and face cream, first cease the use of them. There are many options for shampoo out there and also you can google search and find many people who make their own. Same with facial creams.

Biotin is a great vitamin for skin and nails.

I tried lot of different shampoos, I tired from experimentations. I just want to know, is there is some people, with similar problems. Could you recommend any product, that helps you.
