I need some major help!

I have an ingrown toenail on my right big toe. It's not swollen, red, or anything but it hurts like heck. I can't even wear shoes because it hurts.

I don't know how to make it better. I put neosporin on it every night but its not getting better.

Any help please!

Seems they are unavoidable. I always keep mine short and filed and still it happens every so often. The only thing long toenails are good for is snagging pantyhose

Soak it in Epsom salts and warm water for 10-15 minutes nightly. File your nails straight across. If it continues to hurt, go to a Dr.
