Default Hair loss

Why is my hair falling out. I am on hormone replacement therapy, 52 years old and my hair is coming out in strands when I take a shower. I have been to Doctors of different sorts. Had blood tests, been put on anit stress medicine, etc., etc. I have tried different vitamins, shampoos, everything out there. To no avail. Is there anyone out there with a similar situation?

This Was Helpful To Me. I Have Always Had Thin Hair Butnow It Is Really Gettin Thinner. My Doc Said Biotin And It Is Working But Only In Front And I Am Gettin Impatient With The Back. Driving Me Nuts. But That Article Did Have Some New Suggestions I Had Yet To Hear. Thank You

Default Biotin

Biotin will help but it does take time... Just about 6 months. Also don't just go to the drug store and get a biotin supplement. You need to intake 5,000mcg. When a vitamin lists the level this may not be the intake level or the absorbable level. You also need l-cysteine and silica. Look at ELON Matrix 5,000. It is manufactured by a pharmaceutical company and recommended by dermatologists nation wide for thinning hair and nails. I tried it and it worked for me!

Worry will make your hair fall out...I know this for a fact...I have been on hormone replacement therapy since I was 47 and it never bothered me. But thinking about it can make you a nervous wreck...For some reason I have this I don't give a darn attitude now and my hair has thickened...Try real good conditioners.. Good shampoo and check it out before you put it on. This has really helped me alot...Much luck...

Since i had my baby my hair has been falling out so much , its crazy! People did tell me this would happen but im not sure what to do to help with this, i was thinking about buying a hair vitamin. My hair is very long also so i was thinking to trim it a bit maybe that will help. I really need to do something about this though i dont wanna get bald!
