i ve always felt ashamed of my breast. I am 23years with no kids but you can think i have given birth before.
On several occassions my boyfriend has complianed about their siz and it makes me feel so bad.
i can not go for breast implants because i intend to breast feed my babies in future.

Please advise me on what i can use to make my breasts appear fuller and sexier without harming myself.

well for one thing i think the boyfriend isn't helping your self esteem if he is complaining about your breast size. he should love all of you the way you are big breasted or small. if you do try any products to enhance your bust line please do it for your self, to make you feel good about your self not for anyone else because that's all that counts is your happiness. trust me i have had 3 kids now and hey my breasts are not where they used to be. but i have a great man in my life that doesn't care about how my breasts are, what they look like or any of that. he loves me as a whole not just breasts.

yea i agree.. if one love you.. he should love you as a whole.. not only your breast..=p oh you can try massaging it yourself too.. hmm.. cup ur right breast using your right hand. Then move it upwards.. when your right hand is leaving your breast, continue with your left hand.. then right hand and so forth.. in an upward direction... do the same with your left breast.. it's tiring but it helps to enlarge and also firm the breast.. i heard drinking papaya milk helps too.. or eating beancurd (Tofu).. but that have to be when you are young.. if you have a daughter in the future do that =p

Nothing will make your breasts grow more than they are now, sorry you can do chest exercises to make the area stronger and the muscles under your breasts bigger giving the illusion, and if your bf doesnt like your boobs screw him you do not need him

If you really want to have fuller breasts online their are pills for breast enlargement. Or if you don't want to do that you can buy a paded bra with an underwire . I have experience in this. Or if you want to try the nuvaring birth control my chest got hudge and firm and I have kids so it's possible girl!

I can't help but agree with metalbudderly. Your bf should not be pressuring you or making you feel unhappy about your body. So even if you do decide to do something to your breasts, it should not be becuase of pressure from anyone else.
To be honest there's little you can do to naturally increase breast size.Sometimes if you're very skinny your boobs can naturally also appear to be quite flat, so sometimes when you eat more, your breats also appear to grow in size.
There's always padded bras or different clothing that you could opt for but i wouldn't recommend surgery either.

first things first you have to feel like you have pretty boobs.truely love your boobs. get on a personal level with your boobs. ahah for real though. you need to love them just as they are regardless of anyone else. really feel em out. literlly feel your own boobs. get into them. they are a part of you just llike your face or your hands. accept them. then if you really want them to grow. try birth control. it worked for me. brought my boobs to a plump full b. and you really should put that chump of a boyfriend you have in his place.
