You will have to address this problem in two ways, internally & externally. Eat less greasy foods, i.e.heavily buttered/too fatty food, snacking with fruits, veggies with your less fatty carbs. Then, you have to be very particular with your facial products. Start using less creamy soap, if your skin
feels dry, use non-greasy moisturizer or sunscreen on your face. Read labels to make sure you're getting the right products, it's worth it. It is also essential to deep clean your face at bedtime, to get rid of make-up or environmental pollutants like dust. I love using a facial brush to cleanse my
face, instead of tugging my facial skin with my hands or washcloth. Use a facial
brush with less presssure on areas that tend to be irritated. Wash facial brush with soap & water after each use. It would also help to avoid touching
your face when your hands are dirty. Touch your face only after washing your hands with soap & water...Take care
