I can say I stressed a LOT last month ... so, in anyone's experiences, can stress cause a hormonal imbalance, or perhaps a yeast infection gone bad? I took Difflucan for a yeast infection around two or so weeks ago, and the doctor said the good bacteria were coming back [it was vaginal] and well ... I'm still bloated, still having slight discharge from my nipples in the shower [sorry about the info, but its true - it is just enough to show, and comes from both sides, and is milky white looking. The tips of the nipples seem a bit dark, and look different ... I guess like a scab but not really, because they aren't, and aren't painful.] and etc. I still saw discharge the other day, still have slight bowel issues, now have dry skin on my lower stomach, it gets itchy ... I had a really bad acne break out, but then I have had acne forever ...

I'm just at a loss, but think maybe it is excess candida in my body, or hormonal. The saliva candida test comes out positive in the morning within seconds of spitting into the cup. But I'm looking for an explanation for all of this, and would appreciate the help.

It is medically proven that stress is harmful to your body, your organs, everything. Cortisol is released into your system and the culprit, so just remember, every time you are starting to feel stressed, your body is releasing this harmful stuff inside.

How I deal with stress...I'm a runner, so I try to get a run in at least twice or more a week, I schedule to attend a yoga class once a week or every two weeks and I get an hour massage at least once a month, sometimes once every two weeks. Massage also releases toxins from your body, so this is very good for your system - period.

When I'm feeling a surge of stress or anger, I try to walk away from the area - go outside for 10 min. and just breathe, taking deep breaths and enjoy the outdoors. If you can't enjoy the outdoors due to weather conditions, then just get away from your work area and take a walk around the inside of the building, different floors, stairs. If you're at home, create an area in your bedroom or somewhere else that is "your" chair, lounge area, where you can just lock the door and relax for at least 10 minutes, practice deep breathing. I know this can be difficult as I tend to start thinking about work again, but I make sure I am timing myself for exactly 10 min. and do not let myself go back to work until 10 minutes have passed, it's really helpful.

Hi, it sounds as if you are not getting enough intake of water and hydrating fluids. Try mixing half a cup of cranberry juice and half water. Diluting the cranberry juice with a little bit of water is better for your stomach as cranberry juice can be too acidic for the body. There are also Cranberry pills you can buy for about $5 at your local drugstore. I suggest taking these pills once a day, they are all-natural and not harmful at all, they give your body the anti-oxidants it needs to fight or ward off all these infections. I used to get yeast infections and things all the time until I made water my best friend. I started out with flavored water, such as Crystal Light to get started. Water is your body's best friend and it flushes out all the bad stuff and clears your skin and helps you to lose weight (minimally) too. It's nature's miracle.

    Good luck!

I wanted to come back with specific info on the cranberry pills - which by the way, work pretty fast, just keep drinking lots of water.

They are called "AZO Cranberry" it is an all natural concentrated cranberry supplement that helps maintain a healthy urinary tract and blocks the attachment of the E.Coli bacteria to the urinary bladder wall. It helps fight off bacteria period. You can take anywhere from 2-6 pills daily with meals and lots of water. Good luck!
